PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The BM series is a complete range of vibrating motors with foot base mounting, covering most of applications needs on vibrating equipments in the different industrial sectors.
All the BM range is manufactured in conformity to the EEC Directives in force (Safety of Machines 2006/42/CE; Low Tension 2006/95/CE, Electromagnetic Compatibility 2004/108/CE), and it is available conform to ATEX 94/9/CE, in execution Ex II 3D tD A22 IP65 for zone Dust-22 and 3G EEx nA II T3 for zone Gas-2.

(for sizes 150 and 200 standard execution 50Hz- 380-400/660-690V; 60Hz 440-480/760-830V)
Special input voltages available on request.
BM series vibrating motors are suitable for use with Variable Frequency Drive (VFD-Inverter).

Duty
Continuous duty at the maximum centrifugal force (S1), with the possibility to adjust the force from 0 to 100% following the specific graded plate on the eccentric weights.

Electric Motor
Electric motor realized with low loss silicium magnetic lamination core, allowing to increase the efficiency while reducing heating up.
Insulation Class
F standard, H on request.
Tropicalisation
Windings impregnation realized with ASTM system, with polyester resin class H.
Ambient Temperature
From -20°C to +40°C (-4°F/104°F).
Overheating Protection
lectric motor protected by thermistor (PTC set at 130°C) as standard from size 50 (available on request on smaller sizes).
Motor Shaft
Shafts in NiCrMo steel, heat treated.
Main Body
Mechanical structure designed to withstand the high stresses, realized in cast iron (starting from size 03) or in high resistance aluminum (up to size 02)
Painting
Electrostatic powder painting, epoxy-polyester, polymerized in oven. Color: Blue RAL 5010
Bearings and Lubrication
High load capacity bearings, in special executions to withstand the stresses of high centrifugal forces and vibrations, with special “Long-Life” grease lubrication. Labyrinth type bearing seal for grease, with wide restraining chamber.
